William Saito

William H. Saito is an entrepreneur who started an authentication/encryption company in the U.S. which he sold five years ago. He has since moved to Japan to assist a number of companies on matters of technology, business strategy, and restructuring through his consulting firm, Intecur Inc. Clients include the top consumer electronics, IT, and telecommunication companies, where William serves as special advisor to the CEO or as an external board member. He also serves as an advisor to various government agencies in and outside of Japan, including the Ministry of Economic Trade and Industry (METI), the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST), and the Information Technology Promotion Agency (IPA). He is a regular columnist in monthly magazines published by Yomiuri and the Nikkei.
