Victor Wong's business expertise spans more than a decade of professional experience in hardware and software technology design, computer sales and marketing, and assembly-line production management, as well as more than 15 years in the mail-order computer business. Victor has had extensive experience as an entrepreneur, bringing new ideas and products to market. Victor was the founder and chief executive officer of Power Tools, which was one of the limited number of licensees and Mac OS-compatible computer manufacturers in the world. At one time, his company produced the world's fastest Mac OS-compatible computer. Victor went on to serve in executive positions with the software company Ecommercesoft, and co-founded Open Labs in 2002.

Victor holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Texas-Austin.
