   Conference Fees:
   Registration is $4,900.
   Standard Membership for non-members is $595.
   Additional Special Event guests are $150 each.

   Cancellation Policy:
   Complete refund (minus $250 fee) until 1/1/10
   50% refund until 3/1/10
