Constantine Davlantes is a dynamic, results-driven medical device executive with over 20 years of experience in global marketing and sales, new product development, global product launches, and cross-functional team leadership. Constantine has a unique combination of business, technical, and clinical expertise with multi-specialty medical device domain knowledge. He joined the executive management team of NivaSonix as vice president of Business Development in November 2007.

Constantine has held progressive leadership positions with world-class medical device enterprises, contributing to the growth and success of GE Healthcare, Mentor Corp. (J&J), Hewlett-Packard Medical (Philips Medical Systems), Nellcor (Covidien), and IVAC (CareFusion). He has managed product portfolios ranging from USD$50 to $250 million in the aesthetic plastic surgery, anesthesia, respiratory, patient monitoring, cardiology, and resuscitation markets. He has played a key role in contract negotiations with customers, distribution partners, suppliers, mergers & acquisitions, and joint ventures. Numerous product development projects have benefited from Constantine's ability to transform customer needs into precise technical and business requirements, resulting in high-quality products with healthy ROIs and rapid market share gains.

Constantine has led projects from concept to commercialization, and has successfully introduced new medical technologies to both mature and emerging markets worldwide. He has conducted over 10 major global product launches and has built distribution channels with consistent double-digit growth in North and South America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. He has also received numerous awards recognizing his outstanding contributions to his prior employers and customers.

Constantine is well-known for forming close, long-term relationships with world-renowned physicians and key opinion leaders. He is proficient at building brand awareness and customer loyalty by creating innovative value and executing customer-focused strategies.

A visionary leader with a strong work ethic, Constantine is often the key interface between marketing, sales, clinical, engineering, manufacturing, legal, and QA/Regulatory. He has demonstrated the ability to handle complex cross-functional challenges while maintaining a clear linkage to overall business objectives by focusing on customer satisfaction, quality, communication, and teamwork.

Constantine graduated from Indiana University (Bloomington) with a degree in Biological Sciences. Born and raised near Chicago, Constantine is versatile, pragmatic, cross-cultural, and multilingual (English, German, and Greek), and has lived and worked in Asia and Europe.
