William J. Hinz
CEO, Easy Energy Systems Inc.

CEO William J. Hinz relies on his extensive entrepreneurial and management expertise to lead Easy Energy Systems Inc. He has spent the past 40 years in a senior executive capacity as chairman, CEO, corporate director, and president, providing financial management, manufacturing entrepreneurship, and restructuring expertise to companies ranging from startups to over $6 billion in revenue. He has spent the last few years successfully turning around several troubled businesses in the global arena, in both organized and non-union environments.

Prior to joining Easy Energy as CEO, William founded BHM Partners. He was CEO of HB-Medtek Inc., a leading aerospace and medical-device fabricator with facilities in Phoenix, East Windsor, the Dominican Republic, India, China, and Singapore, including Greenfield operations in those countries. These operations were as complex as casting and forging for single crystal and dual-alloy products. HB-Medtek boasted the latest technologies and provided complex fabrications to the major OEMS, such as GE, Honeywell, Pratt & Whitney, Hamilton Sundstrand, Rolls Royce, and Ventana Medical Systems.

William has also served as chairman of Vodavi, a telecommunications company focusing on voice, data, and other things, and as president of AlliedSignal Aerospace (now Honeywell). As group president and CEO of Triumph Aerospace, he took the company global and increased sales from $300 million to approximately $1 billion over a four-year period.

Currently, William serves on a variety of diversified boards, ranging from energy to medical, both international and domestic, for several multinational companies, including JCS Vanilla, Kinetic Muscles, and T Gen-Biotechnology. William has advised country leaders and continues as an advisor to industry leaders and heads of state, such as Lionel Fernandez, president of the Dominican Republic; and Hal Raveche, president of Stevens Institute of Technology.

The process of turnarounds used by William and his team involves the latest manufacturing principles, including Six Sigma, Single Piece and Synchronous Flow, and all the other LEAN concepts.
