Charles W. (Chuck) Jirauch has been a practicing trial lawyer for more than 40 years in the areas of intellectual property and technology law litigation, as well as in the areas of complex litigation, government relations and contracts, and antitrust for technology companies. He has represented technology companies in litigation matters involving, for example, computer programs and networks, automotive parts including electronics and air bags, medical instruments and services, pharmaceuticals, sporting equipment, semiconductor devices, circuits and manufacturing and testing processes and equipment, and industrial and HVAC intelligent control systems. For the past two years, Chuck has shifted his focus to early-stage technology companies, where he advises on the creation and implementation of strategic plans to take innovative and disruptive products and services to market.
Chuck is a key member of many different civic and professional organizations. Currently, he serves as an emeritus member of the AZ Technology Council and as president of the AZ Technology Council Foundation, a charter member of The Indus Entrepreneurs-Arizona (TIE-AZ), a past BOD member of the Arizona Technology Investors Forum (ATIF), a member of the American Electronics Association (AEA) and a past executive of the Arizona chapter, and a BOD member of the Arizona Business and Education Coalition. In addition, he has served on the Technology and Education committees of the Arizona Chamber of Commerce and is advisory council to the dean of Engineering of the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University.
