About Me

Brian Bentow is a serial entrepreneur, technology executive, and multi-time founder operating at the intersection of health, technology, and innovation. He is the CEO and co-founder of Get Saucy™, where he is building a new category of ultra-compliant™ sauces and seasonings for both direct-to-consumer and food service, designed to support people navigating dietary restrictions without sacrificing flavor or functionality.

Inspired by his personal autoimmune journey, Brian established ultra-compliant as a higher standard for ingredient integrity, formulation, and usability, removing common allergens, seed oils, preservatives, gums, and refined sugars while aligning with protocols such as AIP, Paleo, Mediterranean, and plant-based. This approach is grounded in the Seed2Sauce™ standard of excellence, an end-to-end philosophy that prioritizes sourcing, intentional ingredient selection, and thoughtful product innovation through to the finished sauce, rooted in transparency, craftsmanship, and care.

In addition to Get Saucy™, Brian is the CTO and co-founder of Ignition Benefits, a healthcare technology platform bringing transparency to employer health benefits spend by unlocking hidden workforce risk score data, enabling companies to better understand pricing, improve wellness investments, and make smarter funding decisions. He is also the co-founder of ItsWare, an enterprise platform transforming how businesses track and manage physical assets and tools through seamless, automated workflow visibility.

Prior to his current ventures, Brian built a distinguished career in technology and entrepreneurship, with four successful acquisitions across fintech, healthcare payments, and pet technology. He was the CTO and co-founder of FinDox, a leveraged finance compliance platform acquired by Reorg in 2022, where he also served as CISO. Before FinDox, he spent 15 years at InstaMed, joining as the company’s first hire while still a senior at Harvey Mudd College and ultimately rising to VP of Innovation and Architecture through its acquisition by JPMorgan Chase in 2019. He also served as CTO of Pet Wireless, acquired by Nestle Purina in 2018, and CTO of LendAmend, acquired by FIS in 2013.

Brian holds a BS in computer science from Harvey Mudd College, where he completed two internships at Microsoft and was a two-time recipient of the Microsoft Technical Scholarship. Across every company he builds, his focus remains consistent: identifying broken systems, creating visibility, and building solutions that help people and organizations thrive.
