Brett's entire career has been focused on growing software companies fast and built to last. He lives at the intersection of product and GTM, digging deep with founders to help them build scalable businesses and become more effective leaders. He started his software career at Siebel Systems, helping build a juggernaut of alliances and marketing organizations in the on-premise world. He then joined Salesforce.com, where he spent 12 years running revenue operations, then products, and leading several of the company's larger acquired business units. He then tested his pre-revenue entrepreneur mettle as COO of SmartRecruiters, which had a successful exit to SAP.
